Massage

Massage is one of the oldest and simplest forms of therapy. It’s dated back to 3,000 years ago in the Far East. It was well known in ancient Greece, where the athletes, who performed in Olympic Games, were massaged prior to their events to aid their performance.

Massage is a system of stroking, pressing and kneading different areas of the body to relieve pain, relax, stimulate and tone the body. Massage does much more than create a pleasant sensation on the skin; it also works on the soft tissues (muscles, tendons & ligaments) to improve muscle tone. Its effect is cumulative and a course of massage treatments will be most beneficial.
